Thank you for helping shape VendIQ before its public launch.
VendIQ is in Closed Beta. That means the app is production-ready and safe to run your shop on, but we are inviting only a small number of shops so we can respond quickly and iterate together.
What to expect
Some screens will improve over the coming weeks based on what beta shopkeepers tell us. New features will be rolled out gradually. Your data and money are always safe — nothing experimental runs in your billing or udhaar.
We value your feedback
The single biggest reason we run a Closed Beta is to hear from real shops. Small suggestions have already shaped Business Templates, the Global Catalogue, and the Business Health rail.
Critical bugs get priority
Anything that blocks billing, corrupts udhaar, or affects your money is treated as critical. We aim to acknowledge within 2 hours and fix within one business day.
How to report issues
The fastest way is the Contact Support page — email, phone, or WhatsApp all reach us. Please include your mobile number, a short description, and a screenshot when possible.
Expected response time
During Closed Beta we reply within one business day for most issues, and within 2 hours for critical ones. Full SLAs are on the Contact Support page.
