Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy paying for VendIQ. If you are not, cancel any time — we will not stand in your way.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are not partially refunded once you have been billed for the cycle. You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription and continue using the paid features until the end of the current cycle. At the end of the cycle you move to the Free plan and are not charged again.
Annual plans
Annual plans are non-refundable except where consumer-protection law requires a prorated refund. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Failed payments
If a payment fails you are not charged. Your paid features become read-only after a short grace period; retry the payment from Pricing to restore full access. Your data is never affected.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate charges caused by a payment retry, browser refresh, or bank glitch are refunded in full within 5–7 working days once confirmed. Email support@vendiq.in with the Razorpay transaction reference and we will start the refund.
Technical billing issues
If you were charged but did not receive access to the plan you selected, we will either fix access immediately or issue a full refund within 5–7 working days. Contact support with the transaction reference.
Razorpay disputes
Payment disputes raised through Razorpay follow Razorpay's dispute process. Please contact us first so we can resolve directly, which is usually faster.
How to contact us about a refund
Email support@vendiq.in with your registered mobile number and the Razorpay transaction reference. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
