Privacy Policy

Business information — your store name, owner name, mobile number, address, business type, GST number (if you enter it), and preferences.

Customer information — the customers you add to your udhaar ledger or bills: name, mobile number, and address if you choose to enter it. This information is entered by you and belongs to your shop.

Sales information — bills, products, returns, refunds, udhaar transactions, and reports generated from your activity.

Device information — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and basic error diagnostics needed to keep the app stable.

Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store the subscription status, plan, and a transaction reference. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or CVV.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage keys to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used and where users get stuck. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Your data is stored in isolated per-store tenants inside our managed database, protected by row-level security so one shop can never read another shop's data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Razorpay — payment processing and subscription billing.

Supabase / Lovable Cloud — managed database, authentication, and file storage.

Google Authentication — optional sign-in with Google, when enabled.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and is bound by contract to protect your data.

You can view and edit your business, customer, and sales information at any time from within the app. You can export a full copy of your data as CSV or Excel from Data → Export.

Account deletion — email support@vendiq.in from the mobile number registered to your account. We will confirm and permanently delete your shop's data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain records (for example, tax invoices).

Data retention — active accounts are retained as long as the account is active. Backups are kept for 30 days on standard plans and 90 days on Premium. Deleted data is purged from backups on the next scheduled cycle.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will show a notice in the app before the change takes effect. Small edits (typos, clarifications) are made without notice.
