Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your state, and operating or working for a real retail business.

Do not use VendIQ to break the law, defraud customers, send spam, harvest personal data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other shops on the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Some features require a paid plan. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices, plans, and features may change; we will notify you before a change affects a renewal.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Failed payments may cause your paid features to become read-only until payment succeeds.

Premium plans include additional features such as expiry alerts fine-tuning, longer backup retention, and priority support. These are described on the Pricing page and can change with notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your password safe, and for the actions of any staff you invite. Do not share your password. Use the staff feature instead.

Your business, customer, and sales data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to run the service. You can export it any time; we can delete it on request.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, add features, or fix bugs at any time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period, after reasonable notice where possible.

The VendIQ brand, app, and content (excluding your data) belong to VendIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, resell, or white-label the service without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, Bengaluru courts. Any dispute will be resolved in those courts, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
